We at Kolour Wheel take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to contact us via email (kolourwheel20@gmail.com) regarding the issue with a photograph of the defect within 24 hours of the received date. You would then mail back the product, and after receiving and assessing the returned product a replacement will be processed. The address of the return and further details regarding the issue would be provided to you via our email response.
